沪府发〔2015〕30号 上海市人民政府关于调整本市征地养老相关政策的通知 各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局： 为进一步贯彻落实《社会保险法》，促进本市城乡发展一体化，经研究，现就调整本市征地养老相关政策通知如下： 一、新被征地人员统一参加小城镇社会保险，不再参加征地养老。 二、根据本市经济发展和物价变动等情况，由市有关部门制定调整征地养老人员生活费标准的指导意见，各区县政府制定具体实施办法。 三、对原由各区县和乡镇管理的征地养老人员逐步实行区县统筹管理，由各区县政府结合实际组织实施。 本通知自2015年7月15日起实施，有效期至2018年6月30日。本市已有规定如与本通知不一致的，以本通知为准。 上海市人民政府 2015年7月15日
