This notice officially publishes the first batch of Shanghai's Red Resources Directory, which catalogs 612 key sites and 236 important archival items. It directs relevant departments to protect, utilize, and promote these resources in accordance with regulations to enhance Shanghai's cultural brand as the birthplace of the Communist Party of China.

上海市人民政府关于公布《上海市红色资源名录（第一批）》的通知<br>
各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
市红色资源保护利用工作联席会议提出的《上海市红色资源名录（第一批）》已经市政府核定。《上海市红色资源名录（第一批）》分为两大类：重点旧址、遗址、纪念设施或场所类，共612处，包括旧址228处、遗址279处、纪念设施105处；重要档案、文献、手稿、声像资料和实物类，共236件/套。现予公布。<br>
各区、各部门要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，按照《上海市红色资源传承弘扬和保护利用条例》等法规要求，遵循“尊重史实、依法保护、合理利用、传承优先”的原则，大力弘扬伟大建党精神，深入实施“党的诞生地”红色文化传承弘扬民心工程，传承红色基因，赓续红色血脉，打响上海红色文化品牌，更好彰显上海作为中国共产党诞生地的历史地位。<br>
