上海市人民政府令<br> 第7号 《上海市人民政府关于宣布〈上海市蔬菜生产保护区暂行规定〉自然失效的决定》已经2003年7月29日市政府第14次常务会议通过，现予发布。 市长 韩正 <br> 二○○三年八月六日 <br> 上海市人民政府关于宣布《上海市蔬菜生产保护区暂行规定》自然失效的决定 （2003年8月6日上海市人民政府发布） 鉴于本市蔬菜生产保护区已不再存在，市政府宣布，1982年10月14日上海市人民政府发布，1997年12月19日上海市人民政府第54号令予以修正并重新发布的《上海市蔬菜生产保护区暂行规定》自然失效。
