沪府〔2013〕106号<br> 上海市人民政府关于同意实施本市《生活垃圾焚烧设施大气污染物排放标准》的批复<br> 市环保局、市质量技监局：<br> 沪环保科〔2013〕474号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《生活垃圾焚烧设施大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/768-2013）为地方污染物排放标准，自2014年1月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br> 特此批复。<br> 上海市人民政府<br> 2013年12月4日
