市环保局、市质量技监局：<br>
沪环保科〔2015〕247号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《在用压燃式发动机汽车加载减速法排气烟度排放限值》（DB31/379-2015）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2015年9月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
