沪海洋〔2015〕33号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意佘山岛领海基点保护范围。请根据《中华人民共和国海岛保护法》等有关规定，及时将佘山岛领海基点保护范围向社会公布，向国家海洋局备案。同时，以市政府名义设置佘山岛领海基点保护范围标志。<br>
特此批复。<br>
