This document approves the opening and operation of Berth No. 6 of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. as a foreign-use coal transport berth, with a length of 285 meters, designed berthing capacity of 35,000 tons, and annual throughput capacity of 2.5 million tons.
