沪府〔2016〕11号 上海市人民政府关于同意上海市历史文化风貌区范围扩大名单的批复 市规划国土资源局： 沪规土资风〔2015〕860号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意将明德里等119处风貌保护街坊和金陵东路（西藏南路-四川南路）等23条风貌保护道路（街巷）列为上海市历史文化风貌区范围扩大名单并予公布，请会同有关部门按照《上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护条例》的规定进行保护管理。 特此批复。 上海市人民政府 2016年1月23日
