Reply of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Approving the Implementation of the Municipal Standard for Emission of Odor Pollutants

This document approves the local pollutant emission standard for odor pollutants (DB31/1025-2016) as the official standard for Shanghai, effective from February 1, 2017, and directs relevant departments to implement it.
