市规划资源局、嘉定区人民政府：<br>
沪规划资源详〔2019〕538号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《上海市苏州河滨河地区控制性详细规划CN001、JD0036A、JD0036B、JD0036C、JD0036D街坊局部调整》，具体批复如下：<br>
一、上述街坊局部调整规划范围北至金沙江路，南至吴淞江，西至外环线，东至西浜，用地面积约36.21公顷。<br>
二、要加快推进上述地区城市更新。该地区建设用地面积约33.16公顷，水域面积约3.05公顷。其中，绿地面积不小于22.5公顷，科研设计用地面积不大于5.3公顷，科研设计用地的总建筑规模不大于23.6万平方米。<br>
三、要通过鼓励存量工业用地更新转型，带动地区公共绿地建设与滨河空间开放，实现地区公共绿地方案与新建建筑统一设计、公共绿地建设与功能性开发同步推进，加快完成滨河公共空间对外开放。同时，做好地区空间形态、功能内容与生态环境的有机融合，打造规划精品。<br>
