Shanghai Municipal People's Government Approval on Establishing the 'Shanghai 2000 Coordinate System'

This document approves the establishment and implementation of the 'Shanghai 2000 Coordinate System' as the sole legally independent planar coordinate system within Shanghai, and instructs relevant departments to apply to the Ministry of Natural Resources and manage the transition from the old system.
