沪教委发〔2020〕88号文收悉。根据《高等教育法》《普通高等学校设置暂行条例》《高等职业学校设置标准》等规定，经研究，市政府同意以上海市虹口区业余大学为基础，整合相关职业教育资源，设置上海南湖职业技术学院，并撤销上海市虹口区业余大学建制。上海南湖职业技术学院系全日制公办高等职业学校，隶属于虹口区政府，业务上接受市教委统一管理，全日制在校生规模暂定为2000人。<br>
特此批复。<br>
