市生态环境局、市市场监管局：<br>
沪环法〔2021〕48号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《燃煤耦合污泥电厂大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/1291—2021），此为本市污染物排放地方标准，自2021年6月1日起实施，请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按照执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
