沪文物〔2022〕14号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意你们划定的第七、八批全国重点文物保护单位和上海市文物保护单位（2014年公布）保护范围、建设控制地带（地下文物埋藏区）。请按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《中华人民共和国文物保护法实施条例》《上海市文物保护条例》规定予以公布，并会同各区政府和各有关部门按照执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
