市应急局：<br>
沪应急〔2022〕38号文收悉。根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》和《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》等相关法律法规有关规定，经研究，现批复如下：<br>
同意对上海石油化工股份有限公司“6·18”1#乙二醇装置爆炸事故予以提级调查，由吴清常务副市长牵头负责。同时，由市应急局会同市经济信息化委、市公安局、市总工会、市市场监管局、市生态环境局、市消防救援总队、金山区政府组成“6·18”1#乙二醇装置爆炸事故调查组（以下简称“调查组”）。调查组由市应急局局长马坚泓担任组长、市应急局副局长杨晓东担任副组长。<br>
