Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on the Appointment and Removal of Comrades including Liu Duo

This document announces the municipal government's decision to appoint Liu Duo as the head of the Shanghai Tourism Development Leading Group and Director of the Shanghai Sheshan National Tourism Resort Management Committee, and to remove Chen Tong from those same positions.
