各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
根据《国务院关于宣布失效一批国务院文件的决定》（国发〔2016〕38号）的要求，经研究，市政府决定，《上海市人民政府关于调整生猪等副食品和农村粮油价格的通知》（沪府发〔1985〕26号）自2022年12月1日起失效。<br>
特此通知。<br>
