上海市人民政府关于同意《上海市应急管理局2023年度安全生产执法计划》的批复<br> 沪府〔2023〕17号<br> 市应急局：<br>   沪应急〔2023〕9号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《上海市应急管理局2023年度安全生产执法计划》，请会同有关部门和单位严格按此实施。同时，按照《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《上海市安全生产条例》和市委、市政府要求，依法加强安全综合监管，深入开展执法检查，扎实推进安全隐患排查整治，有效防止重特大事故发生，确保全市安全生产形势平稳受控，保障人民群众生命和财产安全。<br>   特此批复。<br>   上海市人民政府<br>   2023年3月2日
