上海市人民政府关于同意《水产养殖尾水排放标准》的批复<br> 沪府〔2023〕33号<br> 市生态环境局、市市场监管局：<br>   沪环法〔2023〕86号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《水产养殖尾水排放标准》（DB31/1405-2023），作为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2023年10月1日起实施。请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>   特此批复。<br>   上海市人民政府<br>   2023年6月16日
