沪教委发〔2023〕80号文收悉。根据《中华人民共和国高等教育法》《普通高等学校设置暂行条例》《高等职业学校设置标准（暂行）》等规定，经研究，市政府同意设置上海浦东职业技术学院。上海浦东职业技术学院为公办普通高等职业学校，隶属于浦东新区政府，业务上接受市教委统一管理，全日制在校生规模暂定为4000人。<br>
特此批复。<br>
