This notice requires that in 2022, state-owned property lessors in Dongcheng District provide a 3-month rent reduction to eligible small and micro service enterprises and individual businesses, with a 6-month reduction for those in COVID-19 high-risk areas, to alleviate pandemic-related hardships.

各有关服务业小微企业和个体工商户：<br> 　　为深入贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署，细化落实北京市《关于继续加大中小微企业帮扶力度加快困难企业恢复发展的若干措施》(京政办发〔2022〕14号)相关要求，切实减轻疫情对服务业小微企业和个体工商户生产经营影响，2022年对承租京内国有房屋的在京注册或在京纳税服务业小微企业和个体工商户减免3个月房屋租金，如房屋所在地被列为疫情中高风险地区，减免6个月房屋租金。国有及国有控股、国有实际控制企业要率先落实到位，集体企业可参照执行。对于存在转租情况的国有房屋，相关国有企事业单位要确保免租措施惠及最终承租经营人。
