为贯彻落实市委市政府关于加快建设全球数字经济标杆城市和“两区”建设全产业链开放发展、全环节改革的工作部署要求，市经济和信息化局组织编制完成《北京市数字经济全产业链开放发展行动方案》（以下简称《行动方案》），经市政府批准，现将《行动方案》正式印发，请各单位抓好具体实施。<br>
特此通知。<br>
