北京住房公积金管理中心、各住房公积金缴存单位：<br>
按照《住房公积金管理条例》和《北京市实施<住房公积金管理条例>若干规定》的要求，经北京住房公积金管理委员会审议通过，并报市政府批准，现就2022住房公积金年度（2022年7月1日至2023年6月30日，下同）住房公积金缴存有关问题通知如下：<br>
一、住房公积金缴存比例<br>
2022住房公积金年度住房公积金继续执行5%至12%的缴存比例政策，缴存单位可根据自身经济情况在规定范围内自主确定具体缴存比例。<br>
二、住房公积金缴存基数上下限<br>
自2022年7月1日起，2022住房公积金年度住房公积金缴存基数上限为31884元，具体缴存比例对应月缴存额上限见附件；月缴存基数下限为2320元。<br>
推荐缴存单位通过北京市人力资源和社会保障局网站申报“五险一金”年度缴费基数，实现一次性办理。北京住房公积金网上业务平台及业务柜台的原申报渠道照常运行。<br>
