This document adjusts the living care fee standards for work-related injured persons with grade 1 to 4 disabilities in Beijing, effective from July 1, 2022. It sets new minimum monthly amounts for full, major, and partial inability to care for oneself, funded by the work injury insurance pool or employers.

为保障完全丧失劳动能力的工伤人员的基本生活，根据《工伤保险条例》规定，经市政府批准，决定对因工致残一至四级工伤人员的生活护理费进行调整。现就有关问题通告如下：<br>
一、调整范围<br>
本次调整的范围为2021年12月31日（含）前享受生活护理费待遇的工伤人员。<br>
二、调整标准<br>
生活完全不能自理的护理费低于5541元的，调整到5541元；生活大部分不能自理的护理费低于4432.8元的，调整到4432.8元；生活部分不能自理的护理费低于3324.6元的，调整到3324.6元。<br>
三、调整生活护理费所需费用，参加北京市工伤保险社会统筹的用人单位由工伤保险统筹基金支付；未参加社会统筹的由用人单位支付，按原渠道列支。<br>
四、根据有关规定，用人单位按照享受或比照工伤待遇处理享受生活护理费的人员，参照本通知执行，所需经费由用人单位支付，按原渠道列支。<br>
五、工伤人员生活护理费的调整自2022年7月1日起执行。<br>
特此通告。<br>
