This document revises and reissues the Measures for Rewarding Reports of Urban Management Illegal Acts, updating the reward mechanism for reporting safety production violations in accordance with national and Beijing safety laws, and repealing the previous 2021 version.

京城管发〔2023〕8号<br> 各区城管执法局，开发区综合执法局，天安门地区、重点站区分局、房山燕山分队，市局机关各处室、直属单位：<br> 　　为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《北京市安全生产条例》中关于安全生产违法行为举报奖励工作要求，我局对《城市管理违法行为举报奖励办法》（简称《办法》）进行了修订，经2023年2月2日第2次局长办公会审议通过，现予以印发，请遵照执行。原《城市管理违法行为举报奖励办法》（京城管发〔2021〕14号）同时废止。<br> 　　特此通知。<br> 北京市城市管理综合行政执法局　　　　<br> 2023年2月22日
