各区人民政府、市有关部门：<br>
依据北京市老旧小区综合整治联席会议办公室印发的《关于完善老旧小区综合整治项目申报工作的通知》（京老旧办发〔2021〕17号），积极回应居民申请老旧小区改造的相关诉求，现将2023年第一季度老旧小区综合整治项目“接诉即办”“申请类”诉求集中小区情况通报如下：<br>
一、居民诉求集中且不在全市老旧小区改造计划内的市属小区清单（5个）<br>
二、居民诉求集中的中央单位在京小区清单（7个）<br>
三、下一步工作<br>
（一）请相关区全面梳理市属小区清单中所辖小区具体情况，于3个月内向市联席办书面反馈上述小区是否符合综合整治条件以及群众工作开展、纳入项目储备库等情况。<br>
（二）对于居民诉求集中的中央单位在京小区清单，市联席办将分类向国管局、中直管理局、国务院国资委等中央单位进行通报。同时，请相关区向居民做好央产房改造政策解释工作，对已出台政策的央产房，按照“双纳入”工作机制，做好支持配合与服务工作。<br>
