各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构：<br>
市政府批准市园林绿化局、市农业农村局确定的市重点保护野生植物名录，现予公布。<br>
各区、各有关部门和单位要落实《中华人民共和国野生植物保护条例》有关要求，贯彻“加强保护、积极发展、合理利用”的工作方针，切实做好野生植物保护和管理工作，为建设生物多样性城市提供有力支撑。<br>
市政府2008年2月15日批准的《北京市重点保护野生植物名录》自本通知发布之日起废止。<br>
