This decision transfers the authority for approving temporary land use for construction projects and geological surveys within the Beijing section of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Aerotropolis (approx. 50 sq km) from the Aerotropolis (Daxing) Management Committee to the Daxing Branch of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources.

京政发〔2023〕24号 各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构： 　　为进一步规范和严格临时用地管理，市政府决定，将北京大兴国际机场临空经济区北京部分区域内(规划面积约50平方公里）“建设项目施工和地质勘查临时用地批准”事项的实施主体由北京大兴国际机场临空经济区（大兴）管理委员会调整为北京市规划和自然资源委员会大兴分局。 　　北京大兴国际机场临空经济区（大兴）管理委员会、北京市规划和自然资源委员会大兴分局要在本决定印发之日起5个工作日内，完成相关行政权力事项的调整工作。 北京市人民政府　　　　 2023年11月12日　　 　　（此件公开发布）
