Notice of the General Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Transfer of Responsibilities for Fire Protection Design Review and Acceptance of Construction Projects

This notice transfers the responsibilities for fire protection design review of construction projects from the fire rescue机构 to the planning and natural resources department, and the fire protection acceptance responsibilities to the housing and urban-rural construction department, in accordance with national laws and a joint ministry notice.
