各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构：<br>
根据《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》、《北京市水污染防治条例》有关规定和环境保护部《饮用水水源保护区划分技术规范》(HJ/T338-2007)要求，结合本市地下饮用水水源保护状况，市政府决定，对市级地下饮用水水源保护区范围进行调整(调整后的范围见附件)。各区县、各部门要按照调整后的水源保护区范围，切实加强地下饮用水水源保护，确保饮用水安全。<br>
附件：北京市市级地下饮用水水源保护区范围汇总表<br>
