Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Zhang Wei and Wei Chenglin

This document announces the appointment of Zhang Wei as Director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Land Resources Management, and the removal of Wei Chenglin from the same position, as decided by the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress.
