Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on Issues Concerning the Implementation of Documents of the Municipal Government and Its Departments in the Reform of National and Local Tax Agencies

This notice clarifies that, following the merger of the former Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation and the Beijing Local Taxation Bureau, all responsibilities and work assigned to these agencies under municipal government regulations and normative documents shall be assumed by the newly formed Beijing Municipal Tax Service of the State Administration of Taxation, pending formal adjustments to the relevant documents.
