各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构：<br>
为切实做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，全力确保本市各类商务楼宇(包括办公楼、写字楼)及其使用单位、商场(含超市)和餐馆(含内部食堂)等人员密集场所安全，市政府决定，在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作期间，本市各级城市管理综合执法部门负责对各类商务楼宇、商场和餐馆落实疫情防控措施情况进行监督检查，行使法律法规规章规定由卫生健康行政管理部门进行疫情防控措施监督检查时行使的相关行政处罚权、行政强制权和临时管控措施。卫生健康行政管理部门仍继续行使相关权力，城市管理综合执法部门、卫生健康行政管理部门要建立执法衔接沟通和信息共享机制，防止出现管理空白或重复执法，共同做好相关人员密集场所的疫情防控工作。<br>
