各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构：<br>
为进一步加强本市文物保护工作，根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》有关规定，市政府同意市文物局提出的第九批北京市文物保护单位名单(共46处，另有4处与现有北京市文物保护单位合并)，现予公布。<br>
各区政府、各有关部门要充分认识文物保护工作的重要性，按照“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的工作方针，依法认真做好北京市文物保护单位的保护、管理和利用工作，确保文物安全。<br>
