This document officially announces and publishes the fifth batch of Beijing's municipal-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects (48 items) and extension projects (4 items). It instructs relevant districts and departments to implement national and local laws and policies to strengthen the protection, inheritance, and development of intangible cultural heritage.

京政发〔2021〕28号 各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局，各市属机构： 　　市政府批准市文化和旅游局确定的第五批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录(共计48项)和第五批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录扩展项目名录(共计4项)，现予公布。 　　各区、各有关部门和单位要深入贯彻落实《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于进一步加强非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》，按照《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》《北京市非物质文化遗产条例》等法律法规要求，贯彻“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展”的工作方针，深入实施北京市非物质文化遗产传承发展工程，切实提升首都非物质文化遗产系统性保护水平，为加快全国文化中心建设提供有力支撑。 　　附件：1.北京市第五批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录 　　　　　2.北京市第五批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录扩展项目名录 北京市人民政府　　　　 2021年9月18日
