依据《北京市烟花爆竹安全管理规定》(2005年9月9日北京市第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议通过，根据2010年12月23日北京市第十三届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议《关于修改部分地方性法规的决定》修正，根据2017年12月1日北京市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第四十二次会议《关于修改〈北京市烟花爆竹安全管理规定〉的决定》第二次修正)第十四条第四款规定，市政府决定：北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会开幕式闭幕式及彩排预演期间，本市将在指定地点燃放烟花。<br>
特此公告。<br>
