2025年11月20日，中亚区域经济合作（CAREC）机制第24次部长级会议在吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克举行。本次会议以“绿色与数字化CAREC”为主题，就深化CAREC区域在基础设施、贸易、数字联通、应对气候变化等领域合作进行了讨论。财政部副部长宋其超率团出席会议并发言。 <br>
宋其超强调，为推动中亚区域绿色与数字化发展，助力经济增长和可持续发展，各成员国应坚持开放合作，营造良好的发展环境；聚焦重点领域，深化各领域务实合作；注重创新发展，释放经济增长新动能；拓展伙伴关系，凝聚发展合力。中国愿继续深化与CAREC各成员国的务实合作，为本地区转型发展与共同繁荣作出积极贡献。 <br>
宋其超指出，中共二十届四中全会通过了“十五五”规划建议，擘画了中国未来五年经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图。中国将持续推进中国式现代化，进一步全面深化改革、扩大对外开放，与包括中亚国家在内的世界各国共同开创合作共赢新局面。 <br>
会议期间，宋其超与吉尔吉斯斯坦经济和商务部部长瑟德科夫、亚洲开发银行行长神田真人、中亚区域经济合作学院院长沙利耶夫等举行双边会见或交流。
