为进一步规范和加强中央财政对地方转移支付资金管理，提高资金使用效益，根据《中华人民共和国预算法》、《中华人民共和国预算法实施条例》（国务院令第729号）、《国务院办公厅关于印发医疗卫生领域中央与地方财政事权和支出责任划分改革方案的通知》（国办发〔2018〕67号）等有关法律法规和政策要求，以及财政部转移支付资金管理相关规定，我们修订了《财政部 国家卫生健康委 国家医疗保障局 国家中医药管理局关于印发基本公共卫生服务等5项补助资金管理办法的通知》（财社〔2019〕113号），现印发给你们，请遵照执行。财社〔2019〕113号文件自本文件实施之日起废止。 <br>
