各省、自治区、直辖市会计资格考试管理机构，新疆生产建设兵团会计资格考试管理机构：<br>
为推进高水平对外开放，经财政部、人力资源社会保障部研究决定，向在境内合法工作和居留的外籍人员开放会计专业技术资格考试，与境内考生实行统一的考试制度。现就有关事项通知如下：<br>
一、报名地点 <br>
符合会计专业技术资格考试报名条件的外籍人员，按照就近方便原则报名。在中国境内有工作单位的，在其工作单位所在地报名；为境内学校在校学生的，在其学籍所在地报名；其他人员在其境内居住地报名。 <br>
所有报名参加考试人员，均在其报名所在地参加考试。 <br>
二、报名条件审核 <br>
外籍人员在报名时提交的身份证明包括有效护照等。 <br>
报名条件中有学历、学位和从事会计工作年限规定的，应提交国务院教育行政部门认可的相应学历或学位证书，以及本人工作单位出具的从事会计工作年限证明。外籍人员在境外的会计从业经历，可计入从事会计工作年限。 <br>
三、工作要求 <br>
各级会计专业技术资格考试管理机构要加强政策宣传，认真做好组织实施工作，提高考试服务水平，确保外籍人员顺利有序参加会计专业技术资格考试。 <br>
本通知自2024年6月1日起施行。 <br>
