为贯彻落实国务院节能减排电视电话会议精神，按照国家有关法律法规和《产业结构调整指导目录》等产业政策要求，现将电石、铁合金、焦化行业淘汰落后生产能力的企业名单（第二批）予以公告。请各有关省（区、市）人民政府及相关职能部门根据国家有关法律法规和产业政策制定具体工作措施，把淘汰落后生产能力工作落到实处。我们将组织有关部门对重点地区淘汰落后生产能力工作进行核查。欢迎社会各界予以监督。<br>
