根据《国家发展改革委关于调整煤炭生产许可证登记内容换发新版煤炭生产许可证的通知》和《关于督促尽快下达煤矿生产能力复核结果核发新版煤炭生产许可证的紧急通知》有关规定，现将截止2008年2月29日已取得新版煤炭生产许可证煤矿名单（第一批）予以公告。 自本公告发布之日起，今后各地对煤矿颁发、变更煤炭生产许可证，或者延续煤炭生产许可证有效期，须统一使用新版煤炭生产许可证，原版煤炭生产许可证即行废止。 本名单不包括正在实施改扩建、技术改造、资源整合的煤矿；不包括前置许可证照已逾期，正在办理延期手续的煤矿。 各煤矿应严格遵守《煤炭法》和《煤炭生产许可证管理办法》，按照煤炭生产许可证登记能力组织生产，严禁超能力生产。<br>
