2008年 第31号<br>
根据《农药管理条例》和《农药生产管理办法》的有关规定，现将审核合格的381个产品颁（换）发农药产品生产批准证书名单予以公告。 本次颁（换）发农药产品生产批准证书的有效期，原药品种为5年，加工、复配、分装品种为3年，颁证产品的试产期为2年。获证企业必须在产品包装上注明生产批准证书编号。 农药产品生产批准证书不得转让，不得为无证企业代加工产品；为合法农药企业代加工与所颁证书相同的产品，必须在生产所在地的省级农药生产主管部门备案。<br>
