根据《财政部 国家发展改革委关于印发“合同能源管理财政奖励资金管理暂行办法”的通知》（财建[2010]249号）和《财政部办公厅 国家发展改革委办公厅关于合同能源管理财政奖励资金需求及节能服务公司审核备案有关事项的通知》（财办建[2010]60号）要求，国家发展改革委、财政部组织对地方上报的节能服务公司进行了评审。现将节能服务公司备案名单（第二批）予以公告。 第二批备案名单中的节能服务公司2011年1月1日以后签订合同并符合条件的合同能源管理项目，可以申请国家财政奖励资金。 附表：节能服务公司备案名单（第二批）<br>
