根据国务院办公厅《关于做好规章清理工作有关问题的通知》（国办发[2010]28号）要求，我们对2010年6月30日前发布的规章和规范性文件进行了清理，经商国务院相关部门同意，保留规章146件、规范性文件1581件。现将国家发展改革委现行有效的规章和规范性文件目录予以公告。<br>
附件：1、国家发展改革委保留的规章和规范性文件目录<br>
2、国家发展改革委拟修改的规章和规范性文件目录<br>
3、国家发展改革委已修改的规章和规范性文件目录<br>
4、国家发展改革委因职能划转暂时保留的规章和规范性文件目录<br>
