为持续推进“放管服”改革，大力提升国内石油天然气（含煤层气）勘探开发力度，进一步优化国内自营、对外合作石油天然气（含煤层气）开发项目备案流程，服务中外企业，同时加强项目监管，特制定《油气开发项目备案及监管暂行办法》，现印发你们，请按照执行。<br>
