  为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，进一步规范中央预算内投资管理，加强事中事后监管，提高资金使用效率，切实发挥中央预算内投资引导和带动作用，推动长江等内河高等级航道高质量发展，我们对2016年6月印发实施的《长江等内河高等级航道建设中央预算内投资管理暂行办法》进行了修订。现印发给你们，请按照执行。<br>
  特此通知。<br>
