  为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于提高防灾减灾救灾能力的系列重要讲话精神，推动落实中央财经委员会第三次会议重大决策部署，按照党中央国务院关于防灾减灾救灾相关规划、政策等文件要求，根据《政府投资条例》以及中央预算内投资管理有关规定，我们制定了《灾后恢复重建和综合防灾减灾能力建设中央预算内投资专项管理办法》。现印发你们，请遵照执行。<br>
