经国务院同意，现将《海南自由贸易港鼓励类产业目录（2024年本）》（以下简称《目录》）印发你省，请遵照执行。<br>
在执行过程中，如不能准确判定企业主营业务是否属于《目录》，可由你省税务等部门提请省发展改革部门出具意见。<br>
