国家发展改革委关于修订印发社会领域中央预算内投资相关专项管理办法的通知 发改社会规〔2024〕284号 中央和国家机关有关部门，各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委： 为深入贯彻党的二十大精神，全面落实习近平总书记关于社会领域工作的重要指示批示精神，切实完成“十四五”各项目标任务，更好发挥中央预算内投资提升公共服务设施条件、改善人民生活品质的作用，根据《政府投资条例》和中央预算内投资有关规定，我们修订了社会领域5个中央预算内投资专项（教育强国基础设施建设工程、优质高效医疗卫生服务体系建设工程、文化保护传承利用工程、社会服务设施建设支持工程、积极应对人口老龄化工程和托育建设）管理办法。现印发给你们，请遵照执行。 自本通知印发之日起，《国家发展改革委关于印发社会领域相关专项中央预算内投资专项管理办法的通知》（发改社会规〔2021〕525号）同时废止。 国家发展改革委2024年3月12日
