Notice on Issuing the National Basic Catalog of Public Credit Information (2025 Edition) and the National Basic List of Punitive Measures for Dishonesty (2025 Edition)

This document issues the 2025 editions of the National Basic Catalog of Public Credit Information and the National Basic List of Punitive Measures for Dishonesty, jointly formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission and the People's Bank of China to advance the high-quality development of the social credit system. It takes effect from the date of issuance, is valid for two years, and supersedes the previous edition.
